In loving Memory of Ben 1998-2008
This page is created in memory of our Beloved Stallion Barracks Bjork Welsh Section A, who died peacefully in his stable on Monday morning @ 9.40am on December 22nd 2008.
Ben will be hugely missed from the stables, as he was such a gentleman, loved by everyone. Although we only had him 8 months here with us, it is 8 months that we won't forget. We look forward to the Spring when we will meet some of your new babies!!

He was well known for his Supreme Champion Stock in England before coming here to Ireland.
After the shows this summer, Ben had 16pts worked up. Well Done!!
Barracks Bjork Sire was Eppynt SuperStar,(black stallion below), His Sire: Penmynydd Cracker Jack and Dam: Eppynt Sasha.
Barracks Bjork , Dam was Forlan Belle Amour,(bay mare below) Sire FRONBACH HELLO CHARLIE and Dam ABLETON BO-PEEP.
He produced some fantastic prize winning foals, such as the Overall Supreme Champion at the Devon and Cornwall Native Pony Show 2006. Owetre Firecracker was a Medal winner Champion in 2004 as a yearling, and Owetre Miss Molly came 3rd in Great Yorkshire Show 2006,3rd in Hambleton Medal Show, and 3rd in Craile medal Show 2006.
